Looks good, not tested, +1 to merge. minor personal (useless?) note: I would squash CI related commits (4, 5 & 6) and rebase this branch on master (+force push) to avoid the last merge commit. |

Improved performance and minification of tooltip
Added a new tooltip configuration option (itemSort) that allows sorting tooltip items into a custom order.
Fixes #2399
