Case sensitivity considered when searching for words/terms that include German umlauts

• Operating System (Linux/Mac/Windows/iOS/Android):
  Android/Windows.

• Delta Chat Version:
  1.46.7/1.46.1.

• Expected behavior:
  Searching messages for words/terms regardless of case sensitivity.

• Actual behavior:
  Searching messages for words/terms that include at least one German umlaut (Ä/Ö/Ü or ä/ö/ü) must be case sensitive.

• Steps to reproduce the problem:
  -- Send a message to yourself, its content shall include a word/term that includes a capital German umlaut, e.g. "Öl" (German word for "oil").
  -- Search for that message by entering "öl" (with a small "ö"). (Result: The message is not shown in the list of search results.)

There has been no Android release since deltachat/deltachat-android@f18e847 which includes #5321, so i suggest to recheck this in the next release. Afaiu for Desktop it's the same. For now closing as a duplicate of #5052
