`get_protected_chat` in Python bindings is flaky

The strange thing is that get_protected_chat() waits for DC_EVENT_INCOMING_MSG:

        msg = ac2.wait_next_incoming_message()                                                                                                                                                                       
        assert msg.text == "Messages are guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted from now on."
        msg = ac2.wait_next_incoming_message()
        assert "Member Me " in msg.text and " added by " in msg.text

But i don't see such events in the log at all, there are only DC_EVENT_MSGS_CHANGED.

EDIT: I was wrong looking at FFIEventTracker::wait_next_incoming_message(), need to look at Account::wait_next_incoming_message() actually.
