With core 2.43.0 on an Iphone 14 pro, images are rotated when sent as an attachment in Delta Chat. The mail contained some example images, and I can reproduce the issue on Desktop (also core 2.43.0).
There is a similar bug that has already been described here:

If someone from the Delta Chat team wants to debug this, but does not have access to the email, I can forward the problematic images.
