This PR adds our new OBS repository for our patched dovecot version. Closes #72 and #249.

Ah, what would happen for arm users right now? Maybe we can add an if-clause for the CPU architecture for now, or try to enable the "build arm package" checkbox you mentioned? Do we need to build for ubuntu, or is OBS capable of building arm packages for debian?

ARM users take the build for ARM. The OBS documentation was outdated, there was a runner for ARM Debian the entire time.
It was a bit hidden, but after finding and enabling it, the ARM build works without any further changes.
