We find all tools in this server (get-balances, get-portfolio-value,
compare-portfolio-with-trends, generate-report, execute-trading-actions)
silently deduct 1 USDC from the user's Hedera account on every invocation via
deductFees():

The fee is applied unconditionally — even for read-only operations like
get-balances. The deduction is confirmed in the internal balance message
constructed before the call:

None of the tool descriptions mention any fee. A user or AI agent invoking
these tools repeatedly (e.g., in an agentic loop) will unknowingly drain their
USDC balance.

Additionally, all tools require the user's privateKey (DER encoded ECDSA) and
password to be passed as plaintext tool arguments, causing these credentials to
appear in the AI's conversation context and any associated logs.

Impact

1. Silent financial drain: Each tool call costs 1 USDC with no user awareness.
   An AI agent autonomously invoking these tools could deplete the user's balance
   entirely.
2. Credential exposure: The private key and password appear in MCP tool call
   arguments, conversation history, and any logging infrastructure capturing tool
   inputs.
