When installing CE, is pressing "skip all" the same as declining each ad individually?

When installing, is pressing "skip all" the same as declining each ad individually? Or will it install them? Also, if you accept the ads, are the programs it installs viruses or the actual thing? I tried installing the CCleaner ad from the CE installer (in a VM) and it looks like a legit app.

It should decline it. But i do recommend decline specifically in case of bugs

Must be a bug, it was supposed to be pure malware....

jk, as far as i know all software advertised has to be legit and verified before it's allowed on the network.

it's often the same stuff that comes pre-installed on new computers. e.g. a month ago i bought a cheapy laptop and in it came pre-installed with mcafee anti virus with a whole month of free subscription , office 365 and some vpn client as well.
I admit i uninstalled that stuff the first thing i could but they are legit applications for those that want it
