docs(wiki): rewrite for v5.5.3 stable scope Replace the legacy 'Chess Viewer' wiki content with a four-page set that documents the v5.5.3 release on the master branch only. Pages: - Home — overview, page index, architecture summary - Setup — prerequisites, install, dev server, build, quality gates - Features — inventoried stable feature set, sourced from master - Maintenance — bug reporting, feature requests, v5.x maintenance policy The previous Home page is fully replaced. Develop-branch features (authentication, MFA, cloud sync, Web Worker rasterization) are intentionally excluded; they will be documented when they ship on master.
