Is it possible for fadding effect for live wallappers

I tried fading effect for ordinary images it works fine but is it possible to live wallpapers as well ? it means app having 4 wallpapers first it displays single wallpaper after that it slowly disappears and second one renders on the screen like that the loop should be repeat once user sets the wallpaper.
