Disable the login authentication on jupyter 4.2.1

在 197c9e5 之後編的 docker image (jupyter 4.2.1) 出現了需要 token 認證才可進入 jupyter notebook 的訊息，為便於練習先把它關掉。

在本機 build 出來的 image 已可 disable token, password 認證了，接下來就等 docker hub 上 build 好囉。

$ cd alpine
$ docker build -t ansible-jupyter:alpine .
$ docker run -d -p 8888:8888 ansible-jupyter:alpine

已確認過 docker hub 上的 alpine-3.4, ubuntu-14.04 皆可正常運作。
