• message: writes by hand, didnt realize there was a dropdown
• momentarily confused about "not valid yet" underneath Preview (because authors screen is still to come)
• Authors
  • full name in given-names, later fixed it
  • name-particle confusion: initially writes first name, then familyname, then removed entirely
  • orcid: leaves orcid empty
• FinishMinimum: clicks Download, thought that was it
• On her own system, checked the file. Unknown extension system, recognized it as "Document"
• Knows that you should bundle the CITATION.cff file with project, but thinks including in plain text e.g. as part of the readme
• Add more interpreted as more authors, maybe not have minimal finish
• Identifiers
  • adds doi, types number, doesnt know how to mint a doi for software
  • description guesses meaning correctly
  • adds another identifier, URL using radio button
    • guesses identifier url correctly but types manually without including scheme, so validation error
    • wasnt prompted by the red border on fields with errors and or stepper error icon (but fixed it later from FinishAdvanced)
  • suggests hyperlinking to SWH
• RelatedResources:
  • confused about difference between identifiers.url and repository-code, leaves all fields empty
• keywords OK, but leaves one empty which is invalid. Ignored/didnt notice the red border/ red icon in stepper
• License OK, but she but picked one of the top licenses, without using the filtering

  • realized there were errors after reading Uh-oh message, navigate to relevant screens
    • On Identifiers, copies from validation error message example
    • url corrected by copy pasting, but didnt seem to get why the copy paste worked but her manually typed text didnt (reason was she left out the scheme part)
    • keywords: removed empty one, no problem
