You don’t need to modify GTA V itself for this. The clean way is to make a small launcher that opens FiveM.

Use:

fivem://connect/YOUR_SERVER_IP:30120

Example .bat:

@echo off
start "" "fivem://connect/127.0.0.1:30120"
exit

Replace the IP/port with your server’s details.

If you want a proper .exe launcher, make a small app with a Play button that opens that same fivem://connect link.

Don’t edit GTA5.exe. Make your own separate launcher.
