Improve User HUD

The HUD currently, very helpfully displays which users are in the model. This could be extended quite simply and nicely to allow for a few more helpful functions as well as improve readability. We currently use the pipeline, but I think this isn't the most user friendly way. Creating a simple window in ETO would allow for a simpler, more responsive cross platform experience. And as well the user can move the window wherever they like.
