Model sources

Currently you have to enter a url into the Rhino Command line every time you want to connect to a model. This is tricky, and a bit tedious. If you are constantly using/debugging a local feed, connecting to a permanent on-site or web-hosted server, CRASH! should save these feeds for easy re-use.

Here is my idea of a simple ETO form that allows you to add/remove model sources.

I don't think the form should do anything more than bind to a saved list of urls and allow the user to modify it.

I'd love some feedback on how you think this is best implemented and improvements to the UI.
