Add range mappings for Czech and Portuguese #85
Description
We still have some special code in docs-builder to translate the slider ranges that appear in the En-ROADS User Guide from English (e.g., -5% to +5%). This really doesn't belong in docs-builder, because it is very project specific, but I'm not ready to invest the effort in building a proper solution. Until we have that solution, it's easier to add mappings for new languages as we need them (Czech and Portuguese in this case).
