Remove stray homepage text on the docs

Right now, the svelte-cloudinary docs has this on the homepage:

### Transform & Deliver at Scale with Cloudinary

This code seems to be here: `packages/docs/src/content/docs/index.mdx`

I think we should just remove this as it seems unformatted.
