gcs_metadata_object doesn't seem to work

I can't get gcs_metadata_object to pass custom metadata to Cloud Storage. I've been unable to get the example you show to work (even in I add a second ' on the second custom_key).

I'm using 3.3.2 on a Mac with the latest OS. I used the latest version of the package from CRAN.

Could you also try with the latest googleAuthR from Github?

Use sessionInfo() for quick way to show what you have installed. I will take a look myself now.

I've tried that and it still doesn't seem to be working.

Thanks - could you also see if the metadata is recorded when you fetch the object via:

I found a bug where the upload metadata was in a box [], removing that and it now works for me, can you also try it? On github now.

I think you just need to restart your R session, its the help files not updating.
