We just opened a good first issue backlog so new contributors have scoped, reviewable work — not a blank README.

What to expect

• Story and adopter PRs aim for same-day review (public thank-you on merge)
• Comment "I'll take this" on an issue to get assigned
• Failures are first-class — we would rather merge an honest kill-switch story than hype

Update (July 2): First community merge landed — @roian6's Aider appendix (#127). Also shipped Cursor/Windsurf examples (#128) and loop-context (#129).

@harshjainnn is on #114 — we're waiting on his preference before closing (see #126).
