[FEATURE] Add type support for `uuid` and its automatic generation

• It's brought up as part of feat: Qdrant storage support #205.
• We want to add uuid support as it's natively supported in various dbs as a specific type, like Postgres and Qdrant.
• We also want to support its automatic generation, and it needs to be stable. As it's hard for users to generate its stable value.
