While creating the second paint glomming algorithm, we kept the original file and moved the second into a parallel file with the idea that we might eventually provide the ability to toggle between the two.
Currently, providing two algorithms to the student is not in the roadmap. To prevent tech debt that will arise from maintaining both, it's best to delete the circle glomming file entirely.
