Muting CLI logger in test output

User story

As a CP contributor, I want to see a readable overview of test results. Since the CLI logger was introduced, the test result output is polluted with the logs.

Acceptance criteria

• Logger does not print any logs during tests.
• Tests are still able to verify logger activity (calls, values).
