bug: Control + K search functionality fix

Describe the bug
Search functionality on the website is control + k on both mac and windows and it does not toggle it only opens the search box

Expected behavior
Ideally

1. on mac it should be ⌘ + k
2. on windows it should be Ctrl k
3. It should toggle the search box, instead of just opening it
