- Added Jest and TypeScript testing support with new devDependencies. - Refactored the init command to utilize EnvironmentSelector and PhaseSelector for better environment and phase management. - Improved user feedback during initialization with clearer console messages. - Removed deprecated environment templates for 'claude' and 'cursor'. - Updated roadmap statuses for website and integration tasks.
