Add Homepage strings to translations locales

Description of the issue 📄

To prepare to translate the codebar site; strings from the applications need to be added to the locale files en.yml from the haml files, I'd like to do this for the homepage planner/app/views/dashboard/show.html.haml

I was planning to do this a page at a time, please advise if there is a better approach,
I would rather the pull requests were small so they are easier to approve and less risky to merge.
If you can assign the task to me and I will get to work
