Event should have name in <title>

Right now when I send email to someone, subject is:

"Europe Code Week - Event Details"

it would be much better (also for Google) to have it, e.g.:

Programming in Scratch | Ljubljana, Slovenia | Europe Code Week

if this is done (I'm personally not a huge fan of this for email notifications subject lines), please put "Europe Code Week" at the beginning of the Subject

this will make it easier for ambassadors to distinguish between other mail and codeweek notifications
(if you put it at the end, it might not always be shown, if the title of the event is too long, for example)

This is for HTML page <title>, not emails. I shouldn't mention emails at all (it's just a convenience as I can do in Chrome: File -> Email Page Location)
