1. Add new FAQ entry on how to start debug service from green screen
2. Remove old FAQ entries on how to start/stop debug service (no need to document something obvious).

What is the reasoning for changing the QA question to omit IBM Navigator for i and only mention "green screen" (which is not a good term)?

IMHO the current text is okay, except for the client mentioned, which is not correct anymore.

If you want to describe how to submit the debug service to a server job, just change the QSH... to SBMJOB....

@chrjorgensen We have customers asking to add the information on how to start debug service from green screen. The answers to the original questions on how to start debug service are too obvious (using the Navigator and the VSCode view). We can remove the original FAQ entries while adding a new entry on how to start debug service on green screen.

We should keep both instructions for green screen and Navigator, I agree with Christian's suggestion to only change the command to submit instead of remove the other options
