[Enhancement] - Add "Copy WebId" util to Desktop version of Contacts

Describe the Current Behavior/Feature:

Currently, there is an option to copy the WebId for a contact but only on the mobile version.

Rationale:

The desktop and mobile versions should retain all the same functionality.

Proposed Changes:

We can use the saveToClipboard util to the desktop version as well. It would then allow the user to click directly on it within the table.
