[FR] menubar icon when processing to show progress and job complete notification

Currently the app icon of compressO will show a percentage value to indicate the job progress. Unfortunately, I usually have the dock hidden, so it would be much more useful if there could be a menu icon that appears after a job is started that displayed the progress % and disappears after it's complete. Along that note, it'll be great if there could be a notification that announced the job completion too, since sometimes I leave it to run a batch job but then I forget about it until hours later. Thank you!
