Updates:

  1. update to docusaurus v3
  2. use pnpm instead of yarn
  3. update CI to use pnpm; manually trigger deploy
  4. remove tailwindcss because it is not officially supported by docusaurus, and it is
  5. add a login page to redirect traffic to test.codepod.io. The old app.codepod.io is deprecated.
