Grey Screen, nothing else

Description

When i visit my server URL i have associated with the program, all it displays is a grey screen,

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the Binary (docker is not installed on the server as the instance is selfhosted and using ddr2 and a core duo of all things)
2. Access my web url, not going to share so the logs dont get flooded with stuff that is not the error.

When i clone the repo to that path, i still have the webserver issues

I have the exact same problem, but only on iPad (tried Chrome and Safari). It works fine in Chrome on my mac.
I also use the binary only and are running Ubuntu 16.04.

If I run it without ssl then it works on my iPad. I.e: sudo code-server -p 80 —allow-http and then go to http://myip.

This was on both Firefox and Chrome

Cannot replicate this issue. Try clearing your cache, I think something is timing out in your end.

I've tried this, I'm using Caddyserver with a reverse proxy, This is my. Config ``` code.merith.tk { proxy / 127.0.0.1:8443 { transparent } log /opt/caddy/log/vscode.log } ```

@Merith-TK I suggest not using Caddy as well as HTTP/2 does not support Connection upgrades. Use Nginx which should have almost the same syntax as Caddy's.

Nginx reallt doesnt, but i got it working fine. And caddy does, it does it by default actually (usually)
