Remove XNUM (Extended Integer) #111
Description
This will be very involved. Probably easiest to break up into small PRs. Note that tests will have to be modified or removed.
This is a good example PR #112 of how to remove a piece of XNUM. Note that the the tests didn't have to be remove, I could just remove the x and they worked 🙂
