Description
✨ User Story
Outline disabled HTML import, with no set timeline for it to come back
Why build this feature?
In the mean time, to keep the plan on migrating over to Outline, we have to fallback into using markdown as main import format.
For context:
- Coda exports markdown without images
 - Coda exports html with images, no longer usable
 - Attempts on using libs to auto-convert those exported html into markdown failed
 - Last resort on trying to detect image element position from html export and re-add image into markdown

Final goal is to reduce effort and time needed for migrate a document into Outline, so some wrongly positioned images are accepted and will be informed with importing team. Just so they can avoid wasting time to download images from Coda and re-upload them into Outline.
Epic Reference
Acceptance Criteria
Optional: Screenshots / Wireframes
Optional: Proposed implementation
Does this change impact:
- HTML export is no longer the default format
 - Will needs to export both formats from Coda, which will likely double execution time
