Create footer component #3
Description
Create footer component according to the figma designs.
Requirements
- Footer should be responsive - see both the mobile and desktop designs.
- Footer should include links to the about, events, game showcase and art showcase pages - see URLs page on the notion for corrects URLs
Scope
- No need to link to anything for the constitution link yet - this will be a separate issue :)
