Changes as we've discussed shouldn't break anything in main and will allow us to develop the database authorization and email users.
https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/58022 discussion which gave us the answer that this action needs to be on main to work.

we need to merge this into main, so we have a button to trigger the action manually. This will help greatly with debugging.
