Move 404 Error Pages into View Path

The rendering of public/pageflow/404.html in the format.any block of the entries#show action fails. Requesting /foo.xml results in a template missing.

The issue appears to be, that the template public/pageflow/404.html inside the gem is not in the view path. Copying the file to the apps public dir resolves the issue. The question is whether those default error templates should live inside app/views instead.
