wiki: drop stale GameCube/Dreamcast hidden-status notes (available since 0.8.0)
Removes 'pending performance validation' / 'exits hidden status' language from
Differences-from-Windows, Disc-Based-Systems, and Controllers — the consoles
shipped in 0.8.0.

0.7.7 refresh: Controllers page (mapping/hotplug/chord/rumble), startup update banner, pause hotkey delta
Linux wiki: full adaptation of the Windows core-notes wiki
29 pages: 12 console notes, 9 feature pages, technical pages (Cores,
Log Files, Emulation Timing), Privacy Policy (with the Cloud Sync
traffic section), Differences from Windows, and a new
Other Distributions page (verified package guidance for Arch, Fedora
43+, openSUSE Tumbleweed). Platform plumbing rewritten throughout
(OpenGL/PBO/Wayland present, SDL3, XDG paths, .so cores, game-host
process); core-specific engineering facts preserved; GameCube/Dreamcast
marked hidden/experimental; N64 corrected to the glide64 GL plugin
path.
