RetroAchievements: name the 'Unknown emulator' hardcore toast, drop unverified softcore-credit claim
Mirrors the upstream README hardcore-note revisions on the wiki: name the exact
toast users see (expected, not a bug; approval window opens Oct 14 2026), and
remove the unverified 'silently count as softcore' line. Actionable guidance:
turn Hardcore off for standard achievements + to clear the message.

Linux wiki: full adaptation of the Windows core-notes wiki
29 pages: 12 console notes, 9 feature pages, technical pages (Cores,
Log Files, Emulation Timing), Privacy Policy (with the Cloud Sync
traffic section), Differences from Windows, and a new
Other Distributions page (verified package guidance for Arch, Fedora
43+, openSUSE Tumbleweed). Platform plumbing rewritten throughout
(OpenGL/PBO/Wayland present, SDL3, XDG paths, .so cores, game-host
process); core-specific engineering facts preserved; GameCube/Dreamcast
marked hidden/experimental; N64 corrected to the glide64 GL plugin
path.
