Commandline args / customizable input/output folderes for App/Exe version

With the python version, we could pass in commandline args to change input/output folders etc. And those args were well documented. I can't find any information on whether it's possible to do that with the downloadable Exe version.
ComfyUI.exe -h -help -? doesn't return anything either. Is this documented somewhere?

Do you mean the Desktop native version? You can change a lot of the common commandline args in the Settings panel of the UI while using the Desktop version. We will allow arbitrary commandline strings eventually, as it is highly requested, but it's not possible to do in a convenient way currently.

Yes the desktop version. I was hoping to set input, output and workflow folders via commandline, so I can have different folders for different projects.

I think the easiest way would be to add "folder/" prefixes in the save nodes.
