Issue #101
Adds offline cache support to the Movies page.

  • Uses the idb library to cache API responses in IndexedDB.
  • When online, fetches from the API and updates the cache.
  • When offline, loads data directly from the cache.
  • Adds a simple UI banner to indicate when the app is in offline mode.
