improve UI of pets section

In this PR, I have made some changes to improve the UI as mentioned in the project, addressing the necessary updates:

• Medium:

  • 1.Persist favorites (localStorage)
  • 2. Remove favorite (X button)
  • 3.Download image/open in a new tab control
  • 4. Add cat breed info (requires a different API – consider using a public cat API)

• Advanced:

  • 1.Masonry grid for favorites
  • 2.Drag & reorder favorites, persist order
  • 3.Tagging/labeling favorites (e.g., funny, cute)
