i have added difficulty selection dropdown to select from 3 difficulties (easy,medium,hard) as asked.
also the selected difficulty is displayed in the quiz header with heading and color as - Easy: Green, Medium: Orange, Hard:Red
when selecting different difficulties the quiz reloads to fetch the correct difficulty questions.
fixes #79
