This PR fixes issue #19 by adding a Favourites feature to the Weather Dashboard.
Users can now add or remove cities from their favourites list.
Favourites are stored in localStorage in lowercase to ensure consistency.
Clicking the favourite heart triggers a sprinkle effect for a more interactive experience.
Users can view and select from their favourites via a dropdown.
This improvement enhances user experience by making it easier to quickly access frequently checked cities.
