What does this PR do ?

Fixes #125

Type of Change

• Created a Tip Calculator project from scratch in projects directory using html,css and js.
• It Calculates the tip and total tip amount, total bill ,total per person (split) updates automatically upon entering input data
• Added toggleTheme button
• Followed the theme of the overall app for this new project
• Tested locally
• Added Tip Calculator to projects.json
