The first account can log in to GitHub, but cannot access GitHub Copilot Free or Pro. The second account, which was registered today, cannot log in to GitHub at all. I like to use the first account. |

I would like to ask for your help in reviewing my account issue. My account EvanQian@hotmail.com is currently unable to access GitHub Copilot, and I cannot use either GitHub Copilot Free or GitHub Copilot Pro.
Today, I registered a new email address EvanQian2026@outlook.com and used it to create a new GitHub account. However, immediately after successfully logging in, the system showed that the account was locked, and I was unable to log in again.
I mainly use VS Code and Visual Studio 2022 for development, working on WinForms, Vue 3, and .NET Core production systems, and I rely heavily on an AI account for my daily development work.
I would really appreciate your assistance in checking and resolving this issue. Thank you very much.
