i18n: chores left

I have added most i18n support through #294. Works left:

• Translations to docs (under i18n/en/docusaurus-plugin-content-docs/current/);
• Translations to the alumni info.

The former is a fairly standard task, but the latter probably requires some planning since translations need to be supplied through the code.json file and cannot be rendered dynamically in jsx. Perhaps we can refactor the alumniData to a json file as well?

Anyone want to take control on this? @Lazenander @mathscty @GeMini-220 This is a good opportunity to make some substantial contributions to our repo.
