Shouldn't containerd be using 1.13.0 of go-selinux library for GHSA-cgrx-mc8f-2prm

Containerd on main still uses the vulnerable 1.12.0 selinux library, shouldn't it be using 1.13.0 for GHSA-cgrx-mc8f-2prm fix

Some clarifications selinux packages are imported in some paths of containerd as seen here https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Acontainerd%2Fcontainerd+github.com%2Fopencontainers%2Fselinux&type=code, when in context on k8s, runc should be creating containers, but are there any affected code paths when using containerd 2.2.0?
