nerdctl-full should not symlink buildkit-cni documents to bin

Description

Currently nerdctl-full contains bin/buildkit-cni-README.md and bin/buildkit-cni-LICENSE and they are executable.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. curl -L https://github.com/containerd/nerdctl/releases/download/v2.1.6/nerdctl-full-2.1.6-linux-amd64.tar.gz | tar tzvf -
2. see wrong files packaged

Should not symlink & +x the files
