I'm experimenting with using krun to run bootc-install (see
https://github.com/containers/bootc/) in a minimal VM so that we can run it
unprivileged on the host. A few more kernel options must be enabled for this
workload to function.

This PR increases my libkrunfw.so size from 14.4 MiB to 16.4 MiB.

A couple fixes to SELinux code are needed to account for the new TSI
address family.

Thanks for PR! I think the new use case justifies the increase in size.

Is there an ETA on the next release? This is something that crun-vm requires for bootc container support.

@albertofaria Yeah, sorry, we needed to do another omni-bus update of rust-vmm components on Fedora first. I'll package a new libkrunfw version this week.
