The latest release of podman (v4.4.1) is missing the compiled assets

Issue Description

Comparing https://github.com/containers/podman/releases/tag/v4.4.1 to https://github.com/containers/podman/releases/tag/v4.4.0, the asset section is missing the compiled assets (e.g. podman-remote-static-linux_arm64.tar.gz).

1. Click on the latest release page.

@MatthewDolan Assets take time to build and upload, so you should expect a small delay after the tag is pushed before the binaries are added.
