Purpose

Update outdated copyright years and add missing LICENSE file to fix ENOLICENSE warning during publish.

Approach

• Updated copyright years in dam-app-base and ecommerce-app-base LICENSE files
• Added missing LICENSE file to eslint-plugin-contentful-apps (fixes lerna ENOLICENSE warning)

Testing steps

Merge to master and verify the publish job succeeds.
